Elevation Companies is a specialized real estate firm focusing on medical properties and the wireless industry. Our strengths include ground up development, construction, leasing and property management. We are based in Denver, Colorado and have a satellite office in Pocatello, Idaho. Elevation Companies was born out of the desire to do things differently than most organizations. A simple, yet unique concept of doing the right thing. Unfortunately in today’s world this concept gets lost in the corporate bureaucracy and the desire for the quick buck. We believe hard work and ethics are the keys to success. Elevation Companies was founded by two principals with radically different backgrounds. This diverse set of skills allows us to meet the real estate needs of all of our clients. Whether it be developing an on- campus 100,000 square foot medical office building, representing a physician with a 500 square foot lease or working with our wireless clients to find a new site for a wireless communication facility, Elevation Companies will bring success to all of our clients.
