TM Squared is the construction arm of Elevation Companies whose principals bring a combined fifty plus years’ experience in construction and development.  The company was formed in 2010 based upon the desire to provide our clients with exceptional construction services.  TM Squared is led by Tom Foster who has built over $1 billion dollars in construction projects.  TM Squared offers 3 service lines: ground up development, tenant improvements and consulting for construction defects. This final service line is unique and was created at the specific request of our clients to help in problem solving. We at TM Squared apply a very simple idea to each project, “plan to build, then build that plan”.  This philosophy enables us to identify project constraints early in the process, which in turn save our clients time and money in the end.
