Marc F. Holmes is a founding partner of Elevation Companies. He is responsible for property management, financial oversight.
Prior to joining Elevation Companies, Marc was a founder of Centum Health Properties, a full service medical real estate company. At Centum, Marc oversaw the acquisition, development, leasing and management of medical office buildings. During his time at Centum, Marc acquired the Range Vista Professional Building in Westminster, CO, the Belmar Medical Building in Lakewood, CO and the Camelback Medical Plaza in Phoenix, AZ. All three syndications afforded investor returns above 20%. Additionally Marc was solely responsible for all of the property management operations.
Before being a principal at Centum Health Properties, Marc was the Chief Operating Officer for InSite Properties, Inc. InSite has been a dominant player in Colorado medical real estate for over 25 years, performing property management, leasing, construction coordination. At InSite Marc was responsible for operations, client relations and financial overview. Marc oversaw the contracts with Porter Hospital, Littleton Hospital, St. Anthony Central, Exempla St. Joseph Hospital, Boulder Community Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, Memorial Health System along with a number of independently owned medical office buildings in Colorado. Additionally Marc was extensively involved with the due diligence and subsequent acquisition of 21 HCA affiliated medical office buildings in seven states totaling over 51 million.
Marc has over twenty years’ experience in the fields of real estate and finance. Prior to joining InSite Properties, Inc. he was a manager with a "Big Four" accounting firm. Additionally Marc worked for Advocate Health Care, a multi-billion dollar health care system in Chicago.
Marc graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA. Additionally he is a Colorado Real Estate Broker. In his free time Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, skiing (AT, Alpine and Nordic), whitewater kayaking and backpacking.
