Tom W. Foster is a Principal of Elevation Companies. He is responsible for business development, ground up development and construction.

Prior to Joining CHP, Tom was a Vice President of Healthcare for Aardex LLC, a Colorado based sustainable real estate developer and design builder. During his time at Aardex, Tom led the development of the Muskogee Community Hospital which is a physician owned hospital. It is still currently the most environmentally friendly energy efficient hospital built to date in the U.S.

Before Aardex Tom was a Senior Project manager for Haselden Construction, LLC. At Haselden Tom work exclusively on medical projects with his main focus being on the University of Colorado Hospital relocation to the Fitzsimmons campus where he spent 11 years straight working on projects.

Tom has over 19 years of experience in the medical construction and development fields. His experience includes constructing over $1 billion dollars worth of healthcare projects. His work includes work on very large health care projects to LEED certified/Energy Star designed facilities in remote locations.

Tom graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and has multiple affiliations to healthcare industry groups. Tom also holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License. In his free time Tom enjoys the outdoors and fishing.
