Olga brings a warm and positive energy to everything she does. Originally from Los Angeles, California, she has built her career in both residential and commercial real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective and strong ability to connect with clients and tenants alike. Outside of work, Olga enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, attending music festivals, and hanging out with her husky. Her bubbly personality and genuine love for people make her a joy to work with and a trusted partner in property management.

Jim enjoys outdoor activities in Colorado including hiking and bike riding. He also likes to watch college sports and sample craft beers. Jim is a building engineer for Elevation Companies in Denver and Northern Colorado and has over 25 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance.

Ever since Tom was young he wanted to build. Tom is the happiest either onsite overseeing the construction of our tenant improvement projects and developments or building Elevation Wireless into a premier wireless consulting firm in the west. A close second to his desire to build is fly fishing which has taken him from Alaska to the Caribbean. Tom caught the Triple Crown of the Rainbow trout family (Rainbow, Golden and Kamloops) by the age of 11.

Michelle is a Colorado native.  She has two adult sons, two granddaughters and has been married for over 30 years.  Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, four wheeling, boating, crafting and most of all just likes to hang out with family in her spare time.  Michelle began in the real estate industry back in 2001 with Equity Office Properties.  In her tenure, she has managed a well diverse portfolio ranging from medical office buildings, retail, industrial, Class A, B & C office buildings, data centers, as well as vacant land.  Michelle has had her Colorado real estate license since 2007.

Marc has a passion for the outdoors. In the winter, he splits his time between backcountry AT, Nordic and alpine skiing. Summer it is whitewater kayaking, backpacking and climbing 14ers. His other great passion is Elevation Companies and working with their clients and customers. Marc oversees property management and handles most of the day to day medical office leasing.

During Chris’s early years he always enjoyed spending time outdoors.  His hunger for the outdoors is still alive today as an avid snowboarder and fly-fisherman. Whether its reeling in a trout on of his favorite river or getting fresh tracks on a powder day, Chris makes the most out of any outdoor experience. As a Manager for Elevation Wireless, Chris enjoys working through the day to day procedures of the business and strives for excellence.

Chris holds the dubious distinction in Elevation Wireless of teaching the son of one of our Principal’s to snowboard… and breaking his arm in the process (that was not a good bonus year for Chris!!!).

Emily joined Elevation Companies in April 2018 as Assistant Property Manager and has gradually transitioned to a Property Accountant over the years. She brings over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate. Emily began her career at Legacy Partners Commercial as a Property Administrator and has worked with Westfield Property Services, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and CBRE. Originally from the Philippines, Emily loves spending her free time near the ocean. If she is not on it, near it or looking at it, she is dreaming of it.

Mariné is dedicated to her 3 growing children and looks forward to traveling and experiencing new things with them like climbing 14ers, whitewater rafting, camping and maybe even fishing! On the weekends Mariné and her kids enjoy barbecuing and hanging out with family and friends. Mariné oversees the medical office portfolio as the Senior Property Manager for Elevation Companies and acts as the support for the leasing broker.

Rob joined the Elevation Companies team in July 2017. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University. In his free time Rob enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, fly fishing and anything outdoors. Rob’s primary responsibility is managing Elevation’s various development and construction projects.

Erin is a native of Colorado and loves all that this beautiful state has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her 4 children and 2 dogs and traveling to visit friends in Washington. She loves the ocean and grew up visiting often. She is constantly learning and has a varied educational background which includes human resources, real estate and law. She enjoys pulling from this varied background to help her tenants succeed and feels that she has found her home with Elevation Companies.

Chris joined TM Squared in April 2019 as the Assistant Superintendent. Working closely with the development team, he oversees the day-to-day field operations of our construction projects. Additionally in 2020 Chris took on the additional responsibilities of a Site Acquisition Specialist in our Elevation Wireless division. Like every proud Texas native, Chris enjoys watching high school football, grilling and smoking large cuts of meat, and brewing and drinking his favorite beer styles.

Angela is a native of Colorado, though she lived in San Diego for 11 years when she started her career in property management. She has over 25 years’ of experience managing commercial real estate and holds a Colorado Broker License. Angela loves to spend her time traveling and making unforgettable memories with her 17 year-old daughter, family and friends. Angela joined Elevation Companies in October 2019 as a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of medical office buildings, which she strives to maintain with excellence.

Joyce recently joined the Elevation Companies team as an Assistant Property Manager. With over 15 years of experience in residential property management she is looking forward to a new adventure into the world of commercial property management. In her free time she loves to paint. One of her favorite subjects is the ocean as well as favorite destinations for vacationing. Joyce grew up in Northern Colorado, has been married for over 25 years and loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her sweet, red headed grandson James.
